Shipping area

Huella Azteca ships within the United States. International shipping is not currently offered.

Order preparation

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This preparation period is separate from the carrier's transit time.

Delivery and shipping charges

Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, and shipping service. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping applies only when stated in the product listing or checkout.

Tracking and address details

Shipment tracking will be provided when available. Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact aztecahuella@gmail.com immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Delays, missing shipments, or damage

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact aztecahuella@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. Please retain packaging and photos where available so we can investigate with the carrier. We will assist with resolving the issue in accordance with applicable law. If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated preparation period, we will contact you about the delay and any available cancellation or refund options required by law.
